As a job seeker, I sent out several application letters to airlines and AMOs, but unfortunately found it difficult to secure employment without prior experience. It was then that I remembered my mentor from my OJT at SC Blue Horizon, Mr. Taddy Dacanay. I asked him for assistance and he recommended the Fleet Technical Management Masterclass program, which I saw as an opportunity to gain an additional advantage in the competitive airline industry.

My journey in the aviation industry began with my OJT/MTP at Genav, where I immersed myself in the world of aircraft mechanics, gaining invaluable experience for over a year. Building on this foundation, I continued my career at SC Blue Horizon, where I honed my skills and passion until March 2023.
An exciting opportunity presented itself when Aveoworks welcomed me into their team, and I embarked on the FTM Masterclass. The program has been transformative, empowering me with a comprehensive understanding of the documents and manuals that I encountered during my college years and OJT/MTP in 2018.
